2. ADD A PHOTO: We’ve provided sample finisher graphics below that you can pick from, or you can post your course completion certificate. A visual representation of your accomplishment adds authenticity to your post.
3. HASHTAGS: Incorporate relevant hashtags to increase the visibility of your post. Consider using:

4. TAG YOUR COMPANY OR KEY STAKEHOLDERS: If your company has a LinkedIn page, make sure to tag them in your post. GMAIL:

Open your Gmail account and find the settings area and scroll to the signature block. Use the picture icon to upload the badge image you downloaded.
Click the image to select the size of your badge (Small, medium, large, original). We recommend small.
Highlight the image and click on the link icon . Paste the url you copied from Step 2.
Select save at the bottom.
MICROSOFT OUTLOOK:
Select your favorite badge icon from the options you received. Save it to your computer.

Open your Outlook email and start a new email. Click signature in the top navigation. Either edit an existing signature or add a new one.
Click the add image icon (2nd to last icon at right corner of edit signature bar) and choose the badge image you downloaded.
Next, hyperlink the image by clicking the add link icon (last icon at the right corner of the edit signature bar). Paste the url you copied in Step 2.
Select save.
APPLE MAIL:
Select your favorite badge icon from the options you received. Save it to your computer.

Open the mail app in Mac OS. Go to the mail menu and click Preferences.
Choose the signatures tab and then click the [+] plus button to add a new signature or select a signature you’ve already created.
Open your finder to locate the badge image you want to add to your signature; select the image and then drag and drop it into the signature section.
To add the hyperlink to the image, select the image, go to edit, then click add link and enter/paste the URL from Step 2 into the box. Click OK.
