Most people are searching for deeper connections to the people in their lives — at work and out in the world — but there are lots of factors that work against us (hybrid work, post-pandemic isolation, busy workloads, and more).
During this talk, I shared one simple idea to add more meaning not only to our day-to-day tasks but also in and among the people we work with to feel more connected, less unsettled and, ultimately, more engaged with an enlivened team culture.
