Handout: Delivering a Remote Performance Review
Preparing, writing and delivering someone’s annual review is hard enough. Now, some folks may need to deliver a review remotely. I created a checklist that will help if you are finding yourself in this boat. It offers tips in each of the 3 areas: prepare, write and deliver.
