MANAGER BOOT CAMP: PULLING PROGRESS REPORTS

The following videos review the steps to pull a Progress Report and a final Skills Assessment for Manager Boot Camp (MBC).

Step 1: Pulling a Progress Report

This is the videos that tells about pulling a Progress Report from Thinkific. Progress Reports are created every 2 weeks and sent to the client.

 
 

Step 2: Nudging

This is the videos that tells about Nudging. This takes place within the first two progress report periods.

Step 3: Create an Assessment Document

Once a group has completed the 8 weeks of progress tracking, the next step is to create an Assessment. This document reflects the improvement and growth of participants since their enrollment in MBC. The “rule of thumb” is that we create an Assessment for clients that have over 50% participation in both the Pre and Post Assessments.
