I'm Cecilia Gorman and here to guide you through the next few weeks of this course. The main thing to know about me is...I LOVE HELPING LEADERS.

The short version is I'm speaking certified by the John Maxwell Team, virtual training certified by the Bob Pike Group, and people certified by the over 5,000 folks globally who have been through this course or who have been coached and trained by me.

FOR BEST RESULTS...
Because I know you're busy, the course materials are presented very simply. You'll be instructed to watch videos and print out worksheets—which I recommend you organize in a small binder or folder. This will help you keep everything together and findable :), plus it’ll help you to take notes along the way.
WORKING AHEAD OR GETTING CAUGHT UP...
While the modules follow a bi-weekly sequence if it works better for you to take the course on a weekend, do it! You can access all the modules and lessons right now; so feel free to work at your own pace.
A handy trick is to watch the lessons at 1.5x speed. But don't feel pressured to go too fast.
The 8-week pace is comfortable and very easy to weave into your schedule without creating any overwhelm, plus you have course access for an entire year.
A PERSONAL COACHING CALL
Part of Boot Camp is an optional one-on-one coaching conversation. You'll meet with me or one of my management coaches for 30 minutes and talk about your team, any current challenges, or any questions you might have about the course.
